Welcome to Learn Port Laby ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website at learnportlab.com and enrolling in our Professional Development Courses, info products, or purchasing goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

To access our offerings, you must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Professional Development Services

Our services include live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching. Details for each session are provided at the time of enrollment.

3. Info Products

Info products consist of digital course materials, recorded sessions, and downloadable resources. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Goods

Goods include any physical materials or merchandise offered through our website. Shipping options and delivery times are indicated at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Professional Development Services

Refund requests for scheduled sessions must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start date. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days. Alternatively, participants may request to reschedule or transfer their session without additional charge.

Live workshops confirmed less than 7 days in advance are not eligible for a refund due to on-site arrangements and resource allocation. This policy ensures consistent quality for all participants.

5.2 Info Products

For digital course materials and recorded content, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days. After 14 days, all purchases are final, as access credentials are delivered immediately.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of shipment. Items must remain in original condition and packaging. Upon inspection, a credit will be issued to the original payment channel within 7 business days. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund, and customers are responsible for shipping of items sent back. Certain custom items are final sale and not eligible for refund.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule or transfer a service at least 3 days before the scheduled date. Requests made after this period may incur additional charges. To submit a request, please use our Contact Form.

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Learn Port Laby is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn Port Laby is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
